SPECIALIZED EDUCATION

Child of God Lutheran School is pleased to provide specialized educational services to qualifying students.  Certified teachers provide academic support in specific subjects, organizational scaffolding, and test-taking guidance, in addition to providing classroom assistance to general education teachers and consultation services to parents.  A social skills group is also available for students who need to practice skills in a small group setting.  Assistive technology is utilized whenever appropriate to provide necessary accommodations and modifications to the curriculum.  Qualifying students are those who are, or are at risk of, struggling in the classroom.
