CHILD OF GOD SCHOOL APPLICATION
It’s enrollment time at Child of God Lutheran School!
Welcome to our Child of God Lutheran Church and School family. We are looking forward to the days, months and years ahead of partnership as we provide a quality Christ-centered education.
PreSchool 2: Students may enroll upon their second birthday and do not need to be toilet trained.
PreSchool 3: Students who are three years of age before August 1st (and fully toilet trained)
PreSchool 4: Students who are four years of age before August 1st
Kindergarten: Students who are five years of age before August 1st
IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING ENROLLMENT FOR THE CURRENT 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR:
Enrollment online for the remainder of the school year is now closed in order to convert enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year. We are STILL ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS at this time for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year; however, in order to complete the application, you will need to contact admissions at firstname.lastname@example.org and inquire about completing a paper application.
Enrollment for current families begins on Monday, January 6, 2020 and non-current/community families begins on Monday, January 27, 2020. Please also join us for our Open House on Sunday, January 26, 2020, from 1pm-3pm.
STEP 1: ENROLLMENT
To quicken the enrollment process, you may want to have the required documents in electronic format and ready to be uploaded (birth certificate, current physical/well-child exam, and current immunizations).
§ Click HERE to begin enrollment.
§ Create a new family account by clicking on the green “Register” button.
**Please read all instructions on front page of the enrollment portal before proceeding.
§ Complete all steps on the Enrollment Road map located on the right side of the screen. When all steps are in “green” lettering, you will see a “Click Here to Submit your Application” button under “Enrollment Road Map”–your application is not submitted until you click that button.
STEP 2: Submission of Records and Payment
You will receive notification from Sycamore, by email after completing the application process. The enrollment process includes the submission of the following items:
§ Copy of birth certificate
§ Updated physical and immunization record
§ $150 per child partial Instructional fees [non-refundable/non-transferable] * The partial payment will hold your child’s spot in the classroom. Applications submitted without payment will not guarantee a space being held. Class sizes are limited.
STEP 3: Confirmation of Admittance
§ All required documents are completed
§ Administrator reviews application
§ Parents/guardians are officially notified of accepted status and provided confirmation of tuition rates from Sue Ebert in the Business Office
