It’s enrollment time at Child of God Lutheran School!

Welcome to our Child of God Lutheran Church and School family. We are looking forward to the days, months and years ahead of partnership as we provide a quality Christ-centered education.

Enrollment opens to the community on February 1st and classes will fill on a first come, first serve basis. Spaces are limited. Age requirement do apply.

PreSchool 2: Students may enroll upon their second birthday and do not need to be toilet trained.
PreSchool 3: Students who are three years of age before August 1st (and fully toilet trained)
PreSchool 4: Students who are four years of age before August 1st
Kindergarten: Students who are five years of age before August 1st

IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING ENROLLMENT FOR THE REMAINING 2018-1019 SCHOOL YEAR:    In order to prepare for the 2019-2020 enrollment year, we will be closing our online enrollment portal December 10th to prepare.  YOU MAY STILL REGISTER for the remainder of the 2018-2019 school year, however, you will need to come into the office and complete the registration process in person.  If you have started the online registration already, please make sure to finish and submit before December 10th, 2018.  If you have any questions, please call the office at 636-970-7080.

STEP 1: ENROLLMENT–the Enrollment Portal is now closed, please see above message in red regarding enrollment procedures for the remaining 2018-2019 school year.

Enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year for CURRENT families will open on January 7, 2019.

Enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year for NEW families will open on January 27, 2019.

To quicken the enrollment process, you may want to have the required documents in electronic format and ready to be uploaded (birth certificate, current physical/well-child exam, and current immunizations).

§ Create a new family account by clicking on the green “Register” button
§ Complete all general family information
§ Complete all student information
§ (PreSchool 2 Preschool 3, PreKindergarten) program selection e.g. number of days, etc
§ Complete all steps on the Enrollment Road map located on the right side of the screen.

STEP 2: Submission of Records and Payment
You will receive notification from Sycamore, by email after completing the application process. The enrollment process includes the submission of the following items:
§ Copy of birth certificate
§ Updated physical and immunization record
§ Church membership tuition discount approval forms (if applicable)
§ $100 per child down payment of Instructional fees [non-refundable/non-transferable] * The down payment will hold your child’s spot in the classroom. Applications submitted without payment will not guarantee a space being held. Class sizes are limited.

STEP 3: Confirmation of Admittance
§ All required documents are completed
§ Administrator reviews application
§ Parents/guardians are officially notified of accepted status and provided confirmation of tuition rates from Vanessa Johnson in the Business Office
