CHANGES TO SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION:
We appreciate you working with us last summer as we transitioned to the NEW Sycamore Summer Camp Module. If you are a CURRENT SCHOOL FAMILY, the summer camp site is completely separate from your school account. You will be assigned a new log in for camp, as it is a new “site.” Once you are registered for camp, you will log into Sycamore at the link below for billing purposes and extended care.
All billing will be done through the Sycamore Summer Camp Site. When you click on the registration link and fill out the initial information, you will be emailed a link to log in and complete registration. If you have to close out of registration at any time and do not complete it, when you go back to the portal log in, please DO NOT click on the green registration button again, use your EXISTING username given when you clicked on the activation link. If you select the green “Register” button again, it will create a new log in for you and all your previous info will not be there.

SUMMER CAMP BILLING:
*PLEASE READ OVER THE SUMMER CAMP HANDBOOK CAREFULLY AS THERE ARE SOME CHANGES TO POLICY REGARDING ATTENDANCE AND TUITION/FEES/BILLING. Several changes to make note of:
–Changing days from original registration now requires a Change in Days form to be completed and turned in one week in advance. (Form coming soon).
–A Parent Agreement will need to be signed prior to the start of camp. (Click HERE to download).
(If you are enrolling in Summer Camp the week of VBS, you will automatically be registered for the VBS program. If you are ONLY WANTING to do VBS, our VBS registration will be available shortly after Easter).
