Program Requirements:
Preschool 2’s Program:
–Students may enroll upon their second birthday
Preschool 3’s Program:
–Students who are three years of age before August 1st
–Students must be fully toilet trained.

Pre-Kindergarten 4’s Program:
–Students who are four years of age before August 1st
–Students must be fully toilet trained.
–Students must register for at least 3 days.
Kindergarten:
–Students who are five years of age before August 1st.
Documentation Required:
You will need these documents ready in order to complete and submit your enrollment:
–Current Immunization Record
–Current Physical or Well-Child Visit, signed by a physician
–Birth Certificate
